All of our custom homes and commercial structures are built in Stratford, Wisconsin with Stratford Custom Modular Designs. The modular sections of your home are built indoors avoiding weather problems while built with everything you would expect and more from a top quality custom home. During this time the foundation can be completed to the spec’s for your home. All homes are built to the local building code where the home will be placed. All of our single and multi-section HUD code homes for community living or private property are built by Skyline in Lancaster, Wisconsin. Skyline also offers valued priced modular ranch homes. With either type of home, you will have a multitude of options all while keeping costs down.
